A remote-first company, with senior executives and team members working from different time zones. Highlighting, the particular need for an experienced Executive Assistant.
Their key challenge was finding a devoted professional who possesses many talents and speaks several languages. Moreover, they were seeking a passionate remote worker willing to travel, who is comfortable with the proven military industry. Additionally, project management experience and a love for graphic design were desired. In essence, Spear was searching for a rare diamond that is hard to find.

A. Scouted over 350+ candidates for a multilingual EA from West, Central or East Europe within 4 weeks, aiming to beat the odds in February, the famously challenging recruitment month.
B. Developed an in-depth vetting strategy to ensure 85% CV acceptance rate and a fast-paced yet efficient interview process.
C. Created a JD and real-scenario interview assignment from scratch, coordinating the process with candidates and hiring managers. Assessed the results, and made recommendations based on unbiased quantitative results.
D. Timeline and roadmap created for performance evaluations of the new hire, to be conducted over a span of 3 months.
We hired a senior expert multilingual Executive Assistant, one day ahead of the deadline. Additionally, we provided added value by recommending a career progression path for the new EA and nurturing a pipeline of warm candidates for this role.
The signing of the exclusivity contract with Spear has now been complemented by securing a second niche hiring project for the upcoming quarter.
